Battery Replacement Policy


At Motobat, we are committed to providing the best experience for our customers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Therefore, we have designed a clear and fair exchange policy that guarantees your complete satisfaction with the product, noting that there is a warranty on all store products for 12 months, i.e., for a full year from the date of purchase.


1- Conditions for Eligible Replacement:

The customer is eligible for a replacement if there is a manufacturing defect that affects the battery's performance.

The battery must be within the specified warranty period (12 months from the date of purchase).

The battery must be properly installed and used according to the company's instructions.

Replacements are not accepted if the battery has been misused, modified, or damaged due to an accident or external shock.


2- How to Replace:

Replacement requests are submitted via phone or email, and full details are provided to customer service.


3- Replacement Steps:

Submit the original purchase invoice from the dealer or proof of purchase date.

The battery is inspected using a specialized testing device to determine its condition.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the battery is immediately replaced with a new or equivalent product with the same capacity and performance.


4- Cases not covered by replacement:

Expiration of the warranty period.

Damage resulting from overcharging or water loss due to opening or modifying the battery.

Use of the battery in a vehicle or device for which it was not intended.

Damage resulting from natural disasters or accidents.


5- Battery Warranty After Replacement:

When replacing the battery, the customer receives a new warranty starting from the date of replacement.


6- Motobat's Commitments:

We guarantee a speedy order processing.

Provide a technical report detailing the battery condition and the reason for accepting or rejecting the replacement.
