Shipping and Payment

All participants below are VAT inclusive

Payment methods:

- Pay using Apple Pay.

- Pay using Visa and Mastercard.

- Pay using Mada cards.

- Bank transfers to multiple accounts via the organization's payment methods as requested.

- Cash on delivery is available throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Shipping companies:

- FASTLO.

Order duration:

- Orders are processed and shipped immediately within 24 hours.

Shipping duration (calculated from the date the shipping company receives the order):

- Within Jeddah: 3-4 business days.

- Outside Jeddah: 4-7 business days.

- Shipping duration is calculated from the date the shipping company receives the order.

This is limited, and may be subject to availability, depending on the circumstances, essential products, and the company's shipping costs, especially during various sales and holidays.

Notes:

- Mujahideen will offer same-day delivery if the order is confirmed before 11 AM (except Fridays).

- The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the address, bears all details, and is responsible for any printing errors that may occur.
