First: Exchange and Return Period


  • Customers have the right to exchange a product within 3 days of receiving their order.


  • Customers have the right to return a product within 3 days of receiving it.


  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. The purchase invoice must also be retained.


  • We may request photos of the product before initiating the return or exchange process.


Note: Shipping fees, return shipping fees, and electronic payment fees will be deducted from the order total if the return is not due to a product defect or error.


Second: If the shipment is not received


  • If the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned to us by the shipping company, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


Third: How to Return Products


  • Please contact Motobatt Customer Service for assistance with the product return process and to obtain the correct return address. Upon receiving the product, our team inspects it to ensure


  • The packaging is intact.


  • All accessories are present.


  • The product's condition meets the return policy.


  • Based on this, the return or exchange request is either approved or rejected.


Fourth: Exchange Policy


  • The replacement product will be shipped after contacting the customer to confirm the address.


  • The product will only be exchanged for a different model if the exact model is unavailable, and the customer's approval will be obtained before shipping.


Fifth: Return Policy


  • In the case of a return, only the product price will be refunded (excluding shipping and handling fees).


No additional shipping fees will be charged in the following cases:


  • Manufacturing defect.


  • Product arrives damaged during shipping.


  • Incorrect product received.


Shipping fees will be charged in the following cases:


  • Customer wishes to exchange the product for reasons other than defect.


  • Customer changes their mind about the purchase.
