First: Exchange and Return Period
- Customers have the right to exchange a product within 3 days of receiving their order.
- Customers have the right to return a product within 3 days of receiving it.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. The purchase invoice must also be retained.
- We may request photos of the product before initiating the return or exchange process.
Note: Shipping fees, return shipping fees, and electronic payment fees will be deducted from the order total if the return is not due to a product defect or error.
Second: If the shipment is not received
- If the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned to us by the shipping company, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Third: How to Return Products
- Please contact Motobatt Customer Service for assistance with the product return process and to obtain the correct return address. Upon receiving the product, our team inspects it to ensure

Fourth: Exchange Policy
