Refund Policy

The refund method depends on the payment method you used when purchasing the item.

Example:

If you transferred the amount via credit card or Mada, you must wait between 3 to 5 days for the amount to be transferred to you. The speed of the refund depends on the bank that issued the card.

If you transferred the amount to one of our bank accounts, the amount will be transferred within 3 to 5 business days.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

In Saudi Arabia, the amount is returned to the card used for payment, and this takes 10 days and 21 days for Mada cards.
